धृतराष्ट्रस्य स्पर्शाभिलाषः — Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Request for Touch and Permission for Tapas
एतत् सर्व यथान्यायं कुर्वीथा भूरिदक्षिण । प्रियस्तथा प्रजानां त्वं स्वर्गे सुखमवाप्स्यसि
etad sarvaṃ yathānyāyaṃ kurvīthā bhūridakṣiṇa | priyastathā prajānāṃ tvaṃ svarge sukham avāpsyasi ||
ဓြတရာෂ္ဋြက ပြော၏— «ယဇ္ဉာ၌ ဒက္ခိဏာများစွာ ပေးလှူသော မင်းကြီးရေ၊ ဤအရာအားလုံးကို တရားနှင့် ညီညွတ်သကဲ့သို့ သင့်လျော်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်လော့။ ထိုသို့ပြုလျှင် သင်သည် ပြည်သူတို့၏ ချစ်ခင်လေးစားမှုကို ရရှိမည်၊ ထို့ပြင် ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌လည်း ချမ်းသာကို ရရှိမည်»။
