Aṣṭāvakra and the Woman: Disclosure, Permission, and Marital Resolution (अनुशासन पर्व, अध्याय २२)
भीष्मजी कहते हैं--राजन्! ऋषिकी बात सुनकर उस स्त्रीने कहा--“बहुत अच्छा, ऐसा ही हो” यों कहकर वह दिव्य तेल और स्नानोपयोगी वस्त्र ले आयी ।।
bhīṣma uvāca | rājann ṛṣikīṃ vācaṃ śrutvā sā strī pratyuvāca—“sādhu, evam eva bhavatu” iti | evaṃ uktvā sā divyaṃ tailaṃ snānopayogī ca vāsas ājahāra || anujñātā ca muninā sā strī tena mahātmanā | athāsya tailenāṅgāni sarvāṇy evābhyamṛkṣat ||
ဘိဿမက ပြောသည်—“အို မင်းကြီး၊ ရှိ၏စကားကို ကြားပြီးနောက် ထိုမိန်းမက ‘ကောင်းပြီ—အတိအကျ အဲဒီလိုပဲ ဖြစ်ပါစေ’ ဟု ပြန်ဆို하였다။ ထို့နောက် နတ်ဘုံဆန်သော ဆီနှင့် ရေချိုးရန် သင့်တော်သော အဝတ်အစားများကို ယူဆောင်လာ하였다။ ထို့ပြင် ထိုမဟာစိတ်ရှိသော မုနိ၏ ခွင့်ပြုချက်ကို ရပြီးနောက် သူ၏ ကိုယ်အင်္ဂါအားလုံးကို ဆီဖြင့် လိမ်းနှိပ်ပေး하였다။”
