धर्मनिन्दा–धर्मोपासनाफलम् तथा साध्वाचारलक्षणम्

धर्मदण्डो न निर्दण्डो धर्मकार्यानुशासक: । यन्त्रित: कार्यकरणै: षड़भागकृतलक्षण:

dharmadaṇḍo na nirdaṇḍo dharmakāryānuśāsakaḥ | yantritaḥ kāryakaraṇaiḥ ṣaḍbhāgakṛtalakṣaṇaḥ ||

မဟာဒေဝက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– “ဘုရင်၏ အပြစ်ဒဏ်သည် ဓမ္မ၏ တုတ်တံ ဖြစ်ရမည်၊ အပြစ်ဒဏ်မရှိခြင်း မဖြစ်ရ။ ပြည်သူတို့အား တရားသော တာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်စေရန် သင်ကြား၍ စည်းကမ်းတကျ ထိန်းညှိရမည်။ ရာဇဝတ်ကိစ္စများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် စည်းမျဉ်းနှင့် လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းတို့ဖြင့် ချုပ်နှောင်ထားရမည်။ ထို့ပြင် ပြည်သူတို့ထံမှ ဝင်ငွေ/ထွက်ကုန်၏ ခြောက်ပုံတစ်ပုံကို ယူသည့် အမှတ်အသားကို ထမ်းဆောင်ရမည်။”
