पिण्डं तु मध्यमं तत्र पत्नी त्वेका समश्षुते । पिण्डस्तृतीयो यस्तेषां तै दद्याज्जातवेदसि
piṇḍaṃ tu madhyamaṃ tatra patnī tv ekā samaśnute | piṇḍas tṛtīyo yas teṣāṃ taṃ dadyāj jātavedasi ||
ဘီရှ္မက ပြောသည်– «ထိုအခါ အလယ်ပိဏ္ဍကို ဇနီးတစ်ဦးတည်းသာ စားသုံးရမည်။ ထို့ပြင် ထိုပိဏ္ဍတို့အနက် တတိယပိဏ္ဍကို ဇာတဝေဒသ (Jātavedas) ဟူသော သန့်ရှင်းသော မီးထံသို့ ပူဇော်အပ်၏။»
