तिमे फ़ोर् थिस् व्रत सर्वमासेषु सामान्यं विशेषो ऽपि च कीर्त्यते वैशाखे वज्रलिङ्गं च ज्येष्ठे मारकतं तथा
time for this vrata sarvamāseṣu sāmānyaṃ viśeṣo 'pi ca kīrtyate vaiśākhe vajraliṅgaṃ ca jyeṣṭhe mārakataṃ tathā
«ဤဝြတ၏ အချိန်ကာလသည် လအပေါင်းတို့၌ ယေဘုယျအားဖြင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော်လည်း အထူးကွဲပြားချက်များကိုလည်း ကြေညာထားသည်။ ဝိုင်ရှာခ လတွင် ဝဇ္ရ-လင်္ဂ (စိန်/ဝဇ္ရကဲ့သို့) ကို ပူဇော်ရမည်၊ ဂျျေဋ္ဌ လတွင်လည်း မာရကတ-လင်္ဂ (မြမြကဲ့သို့) ကို ပူဇော်ရမည်»။

It establishes a month-wise Shaiva puja guideline: while the vrata is broadly valid in any month, specific months prescribe specific Linga-forms (Vajra in Vaiśākha, Mārakata in Jyeṣṭha), emphasizing disciplined, time-aligned worship of Pati (Shiva).
Shiva-tattva is approached through the Linga as a focused symbol of Pati—one Reality expressed through different sanctioned forms; the “general and special” rules indicate the same Lord accessible through varied ritual supports without changing His transcendence.
A vrata-based Linga-puja practice is highlighted: observing the vow with month-specific Linga selection, supporting purification of the pashu (individual soul) and loosening pasha (bondage) through regulated Shaiva observance.
