Adhyaya 70: आदिसर्गः—महत्-अहङ्कार-तन्मात्रा-भूतसृष्टिः, ब्रह्माण्डावरणम्, प्रजासर्गः, त्रिमूर्ति-शैवाधिष्ठानम्
जगद्योनिं महाभूतं परं ब्रह्म सनातनम् विग्रहः सर्वभूतानाम् ईश्वराज्ञाप्रचोदितम्
jagadyoniṃ mahābhūtaṃ paraṃ brahma sanātanam vigrahaḥ sarvabhūtānām īśvarājñāpracoditam
ထိုသူသည် ကမ္ဘာလောက၏ မူလအုံ (womb) ဖြစ်သော မဟာဘူတ၊ အမြင့်ဆုံးနှင့် နိစ္စတည်မြဲသော ဗြဟ္မန် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ပတိ (အရှင်) ၏ အမိန့်တော်ကြောင့် ထိုသူသည် သတ္တဝါအပေါင်းတို့အတွင်း ပေါ်ထွန်းသော ရုပ်သဏ္ဌာန်အဖြစ် ဖြစ်လာ၍ ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာရှိဘဝကို လှုံ့ဆော်တော်မူ၏။
