यक्षाख्या जक्षणाज्ज्ञेयाः सर्पा वै केशसर्पणात् / जाताः कोपेन भूतास्ते गन्धर्वा जज्ञिरे ततः
yakṣākhyā jakṣaṇājjñeyāḥ sarpā vai keśasarpaṇāt / jātāḥ kopena bhūtāste gandharvā jajñire tataḥ
‘စားသောက်ခြင်း’ (jakṣaṇa) မှ ဆင်းသက်သဖြင့် ယက္ခ (Yakṣa) ဟု ခေါ်ကြသည်ဟု သိမှတ်ပါ။ ဆံပင်လျှောလျှောရွေ့ခြင်း (keśa-sarpaṇa) မှ မြွေတို့ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာသည်။ ဒေါသမှ ဘူတ (Bhūta) များ မွေးဖွားလာပြီး ထို့နောက် ဂန္ဓဗ္ဗ (Gandharva) များ ပေါ်ထွန်းလာသည်။
