မုန်လာဥစေ့ကို အပာမာရ္ဂ (apāmārga) ရည်နှင့်အတူ ထောင်း၍ လိမ်းဆေးအဖြစ် လိမ်းလျှင် အရေပြားအဖတ်ဖတ်ဖြစ်သော “စိဓ္မက” ကို ဖျက်ဆီးပေးသည်၊ အို ရုဒ္ဒရ။
