दधि तक्रं काञ्जिकं च लकुचं चाम्लवे तसम् / अम्लो लोणः शुण्ठीयुक्तो जारणः पाचनो रसः

ဒဓိ (နို့ချဉ်)၊ တက္ကရ (buttermilk)၊ ကာဉ္ဇိက (အချဉ်ဖျော်ရည်/အချဉ်ဆန်ရည်)၊ လကုချ (lakuca) နှင့် အာမလ-ဝေတသ (āmla-vetasa) တို့သည် အချဉ်အရသာဖြစ်သည်။ အထူးသဖြင့် ဆားနှင့် သုဏ္ဌီ (ခြောက်ဂျင်း) တို့နှင့်ပေါင်းလျှင် အစာချေစေ၍ လေဖယ်ရှားကာ “ချက်ပြုတ်” သကဲ့သို့ ပာချန (pācana) ရသ ဖြစ်လာသည်။
