सगुडाः पञ्च पथ्याश्च कुष्टार्शोवातसादनाः / गडचीस्वरसं कल्कं चूर्णं वा क्वाथमेव वा

ပဿျာ (harītakī/pathyā) ကို ငါးမျိုးပြင်ဆင်၍ ဂုဍ (jaggery) နှင့်အတူ သောက်သုံးလျှင် ကုဋ္ဌ (အရေပြားရောဂါ)၊ အရှ (လိပ်ခေါင်း) နှင့် ဝါတရောဂါများကို သက်သာစေသည်။ ဂုဒူချီ (gudūcī/gaḍacī) ကို ရည်ညှစ်၊ ကလ္က (ပျစ်ပျစ်လိမ်း)၊ အမှုန့် သို့မဟုတ် ကာရှာယ (ရည်ပြုတ်) အဖြစ် ပေးနိုင်သည်။
