Arcana-vidhi: The Method of Deity Worship

पूजादीनां प्रवाहार्थं महापर्वस्वथान्वहम् । क्षेत्रापणपुरग्रामान् दत्त्वा मत्सार्ष्टितामियात् ॥ ५१ ॥
pūjādīnāṁ pravāhārthaṁ mahā-parvasv athānv-aham kṣetrāpaṇa-pura-grāmān dattvā mat-sārṣṭitām iyāt
ဒေဝမူရတီ၏ နေ့စဉ်ပူဇော်မှုနှင့် မဟာပွဲတော်များ မပြတ်မတောက် ဆက်လက်ဖြစ်စေရန် မြေယာ၊ စျေးကွက်၊ မြို့နှင့် ရွာများကို လှူဒါန်းသူသည် ငါနှင့်တူသော အိုင်ရှွရယကို ရရှိမည်။
By placing tracts of land in the Deity’s name, there will be regular income for opulent Deity worship, both from rent and from agricultural production. A worshiper who makes the arrangements mentioned above will certainly achieve opulence like that of the Personality of Godhead.
This verse says that to keep worship and sacred observances flowing—on major festivals or daily—one may donate assets like fields, marketplaces, towns, or villages, and such support of devotional service leads to sārṣṭi: opulence equal to the Lord’s in His abode.
In the Uddhava-gītā section, Kṛṣṇa teaches Uddhava practical forms of bhakti, including Deity worship and the ways devotees can sustain it; here He highlights endowments and charity as a means to maintain continuous worship and receive divine attainment.
Support genuine devotional worship consistently—through regular donations, sponsoring festivals, funding daily offerings, or helping maintain a temple/community—so that service continues without interruption and devotion becomes steady and purposeful.
