Prelude to Vāmana
सोत्थाय बद्धाञ्जलिरीडितुं स्थिता नोत्सेह आनन्दजलाकुलेक्षणा । बभूव तूष्णीं पुलकाकुलाकृति- स्तद्दर्शनात्युत्सवगात्रवेपथु: ॥ ६ ॥
sotthāya baddhāñjalir īḍituṁ sthitā notseha ānanda-jalākulekṣaṇā babhūva tūṣṇīṁ pulakākulākṛtis tad-darśanātyutsava-gātra-vepathuḥ
အဒိတီသည် လက်အုပ်ချီ၍ ချီးမွမ်းရန် ရပ်နေသော်လည်း၊ အာနန္ဒမျက်ရည်များကြောင့် ဆုတောင်းမပြောနိုင်ခဲ့။ ဘဂဝန်ကို မျက်နှာချင်းဆိုင် မြင်ရသဖြင့် ကိုယ်တစ်လျှောက် ရောမဉ္စ ဖြစ်ကာ တိတ်ဆိတ်နေပြီး၊ အလွန်အမင်း ပီတိကြောင့် ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာ တုန်လှုပ်ခဲ့သည်။
