Transliteration

tasmāt kopaṃ ca kāmaṃ ca vyasanārambham ātmavān

Translation

ထို့ကြောင့် ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်သော မင်းသည် အကျင့်ဆိုး စတင်ပေါ်ပေါက်ချိန်ကတည်းက ဒေါသနှင့် လိုချင်တပ်မက်မှုကို တားဆီးသင့်သည်။
