तेषामभावे तदभावः छिन्नपक्षस्येव राज्ञश्चेष्टानाशश्च ॥ कZ_०८.१.०९ ॥
Transliteration
teṣām abhāve tadabhāvaḥ chinnapakṣasyeva rājñaś ceṣṭānāśaś ca
Translation
သူတို့မရှိလျှင် ထိုလုပ်ငန်းများလည်း မရှိတော့ဘဲ၊ မင်း၏ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းလည်း ပျက်စီးသွားသည်—တောင်ပံဖြတ်ခံထားရသော ငှက်ကဲ့သို့။
