Transliteration
rājavyañjano vyūhādhiṣṭhānam āyojyaḥ
Translation
ဘုရင်သည်—ရာဇသင်္ကေတများကို ဆောင်ထား၍—စစ်တပ်ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံ၏ အမိန့်ပေးရာနေရာ (command-seat) အဖြစ် တည်နေရာချ/ခန့်ထားရမည်။
