राजा आत्मद्रव्यप्रकृतिसम्पन्नो नयस्याधिष्ठानं विजिगीषुः ॥ कZ_०६.२.१३ ॥

Transliteration

rājā ātmadravyaprakṛtisampanno nayasyādhiṣṭhānaṃ vijigīṣuḥ

Translation

ကိုယ်ပိုင်စွမ်းရည်၊ အရင်းအမြစ်များနှင့် နိုင်ငံ၏ အခြေခံအစိတ်အပိုင်းများ (prakṛti) ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ပြည့်စုံသော အောင်နိုင်လိုသော ဘုရင် (vijigīṣu) သည် မူဝါဒ/နည်းဗျူဟာ (naya) ၏ အဖွဲ့အစည်းဆိုင်ရာ အခြေခံတည်ရာ ဖြစ်သည်။
