Transliteration

upalabdhavidyāprabhāvāṇāṃ puraścaraṇādyādiśeyur abhijñānārtham

Translation

ရရှိထားသော ပညာ/အနုပညာကျွမ်းကျင်မှု၏ အာနိသင် (ဆိုချက်) ကို သိရှိထားသူများအတွက် အာဏာပိုင်များသည် အတည်ပြုသိရှိရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ကြိုတင်ကျင့်စဉ်များ (ပြင်ဆင်ရေးရာ အခမ်းအနား/စည်းကမ်း) စသည်တို့ကို သတ်မှတ်ပေးသင့်သည်။
