भिक्षुकवैदेहकौ मत्तोन्मत्तौ बलादापदि चातिसंनिकृष्टाः प्रवृत्तप्रवेशाश्चादण्ड्याः अन्यत्र प्रतिषेधात् ॥ कZ_०४.१३.०५ ॥
bhikṣukavaidehakau mattonmattau balādāpadi cātisaṃnikṛṣṭāḥ pravṛttapraveśāścādaṇḍyāḥ anyatra pratiṣedhāt
တောင်းစားသူများနှင့် လှည့်လည်သီလရှင်/တပည့် (vaidehaka) မူးယစ်သူ သို့မဟုတ် စိတ်မမှန်သူများ၊ အင်အားဖြင့် အတင်းအကျပ် ခိုင်းစေခံရသူများ၊ ဘေးအန္တရာယ်အရေးပေါ်အခြေအနေတွင် ဝင်ရောက်သူများ၊ အလွန်နီးကပ်မှုကြောင့် (ဥပမာ မှားဝင်ခြင်း/မဖြစ်မနေလိုအပ်ခြင်းကြောင့်) ဝင်ရောက်သူများကို ပြစ်ဒဏ်မချမှတ်ရ—သို့သော် ဝင်ရောက်ခြင်းကို ထင်ရှားစွာ တားမြစ်ထားခဲ့လျှင် မဟုတ်။
