बहिर्ग्रामस्य प्रकृतायां मिथ्याभिशंसने च द्विगुणो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०४.१२.२३ ॥

Transliteration

bahirgrāmasya prakṛtāyāṃ mithyābhiśaṃsane ca dviguṇo daṇḍaḥ

Translation

အမှုကို ရွာပြင်တွင် ပြုလုပ်လျှင်လည်းကောင်း၊ မမှန်ကန်သော စွပ်စွဲချက်ရှိလျှင်လည်းကောင်း ဒဏ်ငွေကို နှစ်ဆ ချမှတ်ရမည်။
