Transliteration

na ca prākāṃyam akāmāyāṃ labheta

Translation

ထို့ပြင် မိန်းမက မလိုလား/မသဘောတူ (akāmā) သောအခါ “prākāmya” (အထူးအခွင့်အရေး/လိုလားသည့် အခွင့်အရေး) ကို မရနိုင်။
