Transliteration

na ca prākāṃyam akāmāyāṃ labheta

Translation

ထို့ပြင် မလိုလားသော မိန်းမ (akāmā) အမှု၌ လိင်ဆက်ဆံခွင့် (prākāmya) ဟူသော ဥပဒေအခွင့်အရေး မရရှိနိုင်။
