Sutra 16

तेषां द्वैधीभावे यतो बहवः शुचयोऽनुमता वा ततो नियच्छेयुः मध्यं वा गृह्णीयुः ॥ कZ_०३.९.१६ ॥

teṣāṃ dvaidhībhāve yato bahavaḥ śucayo'numatā vā tato niyaccheyuḥ madhyaṃ vā gṛhṇīyuḥ

ထို (ဒေသခံ စီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်သူများ) အမြင်ကွဲလွဲနေပါက၊ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ကို ယုံကြည်ထိုက်သူများ အများစုက ထောက်ခံသည့်ဘက် သို့မဟုတ် အာဏာပိုင်/အာဏာရှိသူဟု လက်ခံထားသူများက ထောက်ခံသည့်ဘက်အတိုင်း ချမှတ်ရမည်။ မဟုတ်လျှင် အလယ်အလတ် သဘောတူညီချက်တစ်ရပ်ကို ချမှတ်နိုင်သည်။
