यः समुदयं परिहापयति स राजार्थं भक्षयति ॥ कZ_०२.९.१३ ॥
Transliteration
yaḥ samudayaṃ parihāpayati sa rājārthaṃ bhakṣayati
Translation
နိုင်ငံတော်ဝင်ငွေ (samudaya) ကို လျော့နည်းစေသူသည် အမှန်တကယ်အားဖြင့် ဘုရင်၏အရင်းအမြစ်များ (ပြည်သူ့ဘဏ္ဍာ) ကို စားသုံးနေသူဖြစ်သည်။
