yathāparādham iti kauṭilyaḥ

Translation

ကောဋိလျ (Kauṭilya) က ဆိုသည်—(ပြစ်ဒဏ်သည်) ပြစ်မှု၏ အတိုင်းအတာနှင့် အချိုးကျ ဖြစ်သင့်သည်။
