Transliteration

āhartuḥ pūrvaḥ sāhasa-daṇḍaḥ.

Translation

ပစ္စည်းယူဆောင်လာသူ/ပေးသွင်းသူ (āhartṛ) အတွက် ပထမဆုံးပြစ်ဒဏ်မှာ sāhasa ဒဏ်ငွေ (အဆင့်လိုက် ပြင်းထန်သော ဒဏ်ငွေ) ဖြစ်သည်။
