Transliteration

pānāgāreṣu vā pibeyur asaṃcāriṇaḥ

Translation

သို့မဟုတ် လွတ်လပ်စွာ သွားလာခွင့်မရှိသူများ (ကန့်သတ်ခံရသူများ) သည် အစိုးရ အရက်သောက်ဆိုင်များတွင်သာ သောက်ရမည်။
