नन्दासु नाभ्यङ्गमुपाचरेत क्षौरं च रिक्तासु जयासु मांसम् पूर्णासु योषित्परिवर्जयेत भद्रासु सर्वाणि समाचरेत

nandāsu nābhyaṅgamupācareta kṣauraṃ ca riktāsu jayāsu māṃsam pūrṇāsu yoṣitparivarjayeta bhadrāsu sarvāṇi samācareta

Pada tithi Nandā, jangan melakukan urutan sapuan minyak. Pada tithi Riktā, hendaklah mengelakkan bercukur. Pada tithi Jayā, hendaklah menjauhi daging. Pada tithi Pūrṇā, hendaklah menahan diri daripada wanita (hubungan seksual). Pada tithi Bhadrā, semua amalan itu boleh dilakukan.
