Paingala Upanishad 14 — Verse 14

हृदयं निर्मलं कृत्वा चिन्तयित्वाप्यनामयम्। अहमेव परं सर्वमिति पश्येत्परं सुखम्॥१४॥

हृदयम् । निर्मलम् । कृत्वा । चिन्तयित्वा । अपि । अनामयम् । अहम् । एव । परम् । सर्वम् । इति । पश्येत् । परम् । सुखम् ॥१४॥

hṛdayaṃ nirmalaṃ kṛtvā cintayitvāpy anāmayam | aham eva paraṃ sarvam iti paśyet paraṃ sukham ||14||

Setelah menjadikan hati suci, dan merenungkan Ātman yang bebas penyakit, hendaklah melihat: “Akulah Yang Tertinggi, akulah segala-galanya”—maka kebahagiaan tertinggi disedari.

Having made the heart pure, and having contemplated the disease-free (Self), one should see: ‘I alone am the supreme, I am all’—(thus) the supreme bliss (is realized).
