santoṣya ca dvijānbhaktyā nāgapūjāpurassaram | santuṣṭāḥ phaṇinaḥ sarve pīḍayanti na mānuṣān
Dan dengan bhakti menyenangkan para dvija (Brāhmaṇa), berserta pemujaan kepada Nāga; apabila semua ular berhud (phaṇin) telah berpuas hati, mereka tidak lagi menyakiti manusia.
