तस्मात्कररुहैभिन्नो मरिष्ये न धरातले । एवं भविष्यतीत्युक्त्वा गतो ब्रह्मा च विस्मयम्

tasmātkararuhaibhinno mariṣye na dharātale | evaṃ bhaviṣyatītyuktvā gato brahmā ca vismayam

Maka aku tidak akan mati di permukaan bumi; aku hanya akan mati apabila dikoyak oleh kuku. Setelah berkata, “Demikianlah akan terjadi,” Brahmā pun berangkat pergi dalam kehairanan.
