Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 123

सुपुत्रो हृदयेऽभ्येति मातापित्रोर्दिनेदिने । पित्रोर्दुःखाय धिग्जन्म तस्य दुष्कृतकर्मणः

suputro hṛdaye'bhyeti mātāpitrordinedine | pitrorduḥkhāya dhigjanma tasya duṣkṛtakarmaṇaḥ

Anak yang baik semakin hari semakin meresap ke dalam hati ibu dan ayahnya. Namun—malulah kelahiran si pelaku kejahatan itu, yang hidupnya hanya menjadi punca derita bagi kedua orang tuanya.
