पश्चिमेन चकारोच्चैः प्रजापतिरुदारधीः । केदाराख्यं तदा लिंगं गिरौ रैवतके स्थितम् । प्रजापतिः स्वयं तस्थौ तत्र पर्वतसानुनि
paścimena cakāroccaiḥ prajāpatirudāradhīḥ | kedārākhyaṃ tadā liṃgaṃ girau raivatake sthitam | prajāpatiḥ svayaṃ tasthau tatra parvatasānuni
Di sebelah barat, Prajāpati yang berjiwa mulia ketika itu mendirikan sebuah liṅga yang masyhur bernama Kedāra, terletak di Gunung Raivataka. Prajāpati sendiri pun tinggal di sana, di lereng gunung itu.

Scene: On the western side, atop Raivataka’s slopes, Prajāpati installs the Kedāra liṅga; the mountain is rugged with sacred groves, and Prajāpati sits in austere contemplation near the shrine.
Great cosmic beings sanctify geography through liṅga-pratiṣṭhā, turning mountains and directions into living pilgrimage maps.
The western side of Vastrāpathakṣetra, especially Mount Raivataka where the Kedāra-liṅga is said to stand.
Liṅga-sthāpanā (establishment) is indicated; the verse also implies ongoing residence and worship at the site.
