दास्यामि जीवनं वीर कुटिलस्यापि चाधुना । एवमुक्तः शंकरेण वीरभद्रोऽब्रवीत्पुनः
dāsyāmi jīvanaṃ vīra kuṭilasyāpi cādhunā | evamuktaḥ śaṃkareṇa vīrabhadro'bravītpunaḥ
"Aku akan mengurniakan nyawa sekarang, walaupun kepada si penipu ini, wahai pahlawan." Demikian dikatakan oleh Śaṅkara, Vīrabhadra menjawab lagi.
