एवं विचरमाणोऽसौ किरातो भूतहिंसकः । यदृच्छयागतस्तत्र यत्र लिंगं सुपूजितम्
evaṃ vicaramāṇo'sau kirāto bhūtahiṃsakaḥ | yadṛcchayāgatastatra yatra liṃgaṃ supūjitam
Demikianlah ketika dia mengembara, si Kirāta yang mencederakan makhluk itu tiba di sana secara kebetulan—tepat di tempat liṅga sedang dipuja dengan amat sempurna.
