तथेति मत्वा सहसा प्रणम्य हिमालयं वाक्यमिदं बभाषे । प्रयच्छ तां चाद्य गिरीशवर्य ह्यार्ताय कन्यां सुभगां महामते
tatheti matvā sahasā praṇamya himālayaṃ vākyamidaṃ babhāṣe | prayaccha tāṃ cādya girīśavarya hyārtāya kanyāṃ subhagāṃ mahāmate
Dengan niat, “Demikianlah,” baginda segera bersujud kepada Himālaya lalu berkata: “Wahai yang terbaik antara raja gunung, wahai yang berhati agung—kurniakanlah gadis yang bertuah itu kepadaku pada hari ini, kerana aku berdiri dalam kerinduan.”
