तर्ह्येवं कुरु शंभो त्वं कालस्य च महात्मनः । विना कालेन यत्किंचिद्भविष्यति न शंकर
tarhyevaṃ kuru śaṃbho tvaṃ kālasya ca mahātmanaḥ | vinā kālena yatkiṃcidbhaviṣyati na śaṃkara

Śveta (urging Śiva to restore Kāla)
Tirtha: Kedāra (Kedāranātha)
Type: kshetra
Scene: A solemn counsel addressed to Śaṅkara: the cosmic figure of Kāla implied as the necessary regulator of becoming; Śiva’s presence calm, vast, and unshaken.
Time is indispensable to worldly order; even divine intervention respects the structure through which creation unfolds.
Kedāra, as the Kedārakhaṇḍa’s sacred frame for this theological discourse.
None; the verse is metaphysical, stressing Kāla’s necessity.
