Type: kshetra
Scene: Śiva instructs Agni with calm authority; a conceptual tableau shows ascetics or beings marked by austerity—lean, radiant, heat-hardened—receiving measured portions of fiery radiance month by month.
Divine energy (tejas) is not random; it is governed by Īśvara’s command and can be bestowed to sustain beings through hardship and tapas.
The verse sits within the Kedārakhaṇḍa’s Kedāra-kṣetra Māhātmya narrative frame, tying Śiva’s ordinance to the sanctity of the Himalayan sacred region.
No explicit ritual is prescribed here; it is a command to Agni about the distribution of tejas.
