Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 39

पंचवाद्यप्रघोषेण ब्रह्मघोषेण भूयसा । योषिद्भिः संवृतास्तत्र गीतशब्देन भूयसा

paṃcavādyapraghoṣeṇa brahmaghoṣeṇa bhūyasā | yoṣidbhiḥ saṃvṛtāstatra gītaśabdena bhūyasā

Di sana, udara bergema dengan gemuruh lantang lima jenis alat muzik, dan lebih lagi dengan lantunan bacaan Veda; dikelilingi para wanita, tempat itu berulang kali bergema dengan nyanyian yang membawa berkat.
