Type: kshetra
Scene: Mohinī addresses the assembly with a firm, compassionate gesture, pointing toward the arriving ‘guests’; the disguised devas stand with serving vessels, while the asuras listen, momentarily restrained by dharma-language.
Honouring guests and giving according to one’s means is presented as a core practice that upholds dharma.
The instruction appears within Kedārakhaṇḍa’s narrative stream; the immediate focus is ethical dharma rather than a specific tīrtha description.
Dāna and hospitality: give to guests according to one’s capacity, without delay.
