लोमश उवाच । यदा ब्रह्मांडमध्यस्था व्याप्ता देवा विषाग्निना । हरिब्रह्मादयो ह्येते लोकपालाः सवासवाः । तदा विज्ञापितः शंभुर्हेरंबेन महात्मना
lomaśa uvāca | yadā brahmāṃḍamadhyasthā vyāptā devā viṣāgninā | haribrahmādayo hyete lokapālāḥ savāsavāḥ | tadā vijñāpitaḥ śaṃbhurheraṃbena mahātmanā
Lomaśa berkata: Tatkala para dewa yang bersemayam di dalam lingkup kosmos diliputi oleh api racun—Viṣṇu, Brahmā serta para penjaga alam bersama Indra—maka pada saat itu Śambhu diberitahu oleh Heraṃba (Gaṇeśa) yang berhati agung.
