तद्वाक्यसमकालं च कौशिकत्वमिदं मम । एतावंति दिनान्यासीदष्टाविंशद्दिनं विधेः

Transliteration

tadvākyasamakālaṃ ca kauśikatvamidaṃ mama | etāvaṃti dinānyāsīdaṣṭāviṃśaddinaṃ vidheḥ

Translation

Sejak saat kata-kata itu diucapkan, keadaan sebagai ‘Kauśika’ pun menimpa diriku; ia berlangsung hanya sekian hari—dua puluh lapan hari, wahai yang telah ditetapkan oleh takdir.
