Transliteration

yadi na kriyate pānamaṃgaprakṣālanaṃ tathā | tatkimarthaṃ pūrtadharmāḥ kriyante dharmaśālibhiḥ

Translation

Jika minum dan membasuh anggota tubuh juga tidak boleh dilakukan, maka untuk tujuan apakah orang yang berpegang pada dharma melaksanakan amalan kebajikan awam (pūrta-dharma)?
