यतोऽशुचिशरीरस्य वायुकोपो महान्भवेत् । वायुकोपात्कुष्ठता च जडत्वादीनुपाश्नुते

yato'śuciśarīrasya vāyukopo mahānbhavet | vāyukopātkuṣṭhatā ca jaḍatvādīnupāśnute

Kerana pada diri yang tubuhnya tidak suci, akan timbul gangguan besar pada vāyu (unsur angin). Daripada gangguan vāyu itu, seseorang boleh ditimpa penyakit seperti kuṣṭha (kusta) dan kebekuan/kelambanan (jāḍya) serta yang seumpamanya.
