तासां मुखेषु तं सूक्ष्मं व्यानः स्थापयते रसम् । रसेन तेन ता नाडीः समानः पूरयेत्पुनः
tāsāṃ mukheṣu taṃ sūkṣmaṃ vyānaḥ sthāpayate rasam | rasena tena tā nāḍīḥ samānaḥ pūrayetpunaḥ
Pada mulut (bukaan) saluran-saluran itu, Vyāna menempatkan sari halus (rasa). Kemudian dengan rasa itu, Samāna mengisi kembali nāḍī, mengekalkan peredaran batin tubuh.
