अनुस्वारो विसर्गश्च जिह्वामूलीय एव च । उपध्मानीय इत्येते जरायुजास्तथांडजाः
anusvāro visargaśca jihvāmūlīya eva ca | upadhmānīya ityete jarāyujāstathāṃḍajāḥ
Anusvāra, Visarga, Jihvāmūlīya dan Upadhmānīya—itulah tanda-tanda yang disebut; dan di sini ia bersesuaian dengan makhluk yang lahir dari rahim serta yang menetas dari telur.
