Transliteration

pitṝnuddiśya yacchaṃti mama hāsaḥ prajāyate | annasyopadravaṃ yacca mṛto hi kimaśiṣyata

Translation

Apabila orang memberi sedekah “ditujukan kepada para leluhur”, ketawa timbul dalam diriku. Makanan pun menjadi rosak—kerana apakah orang mati dapat makan atau menikmati sesuatu?
