ततस्त्वेवं वर्ततोऽस्य नंदभद्रस्य धीमतः । एकोऽभूत्तयः कष्टाद्वार्धिके सोऽप्यनश्यत
tatastvevaṃ vartato'sya naṃdabhadrasya dhīmataḥ | eko'bhūttayaḥ kaṣṭādvārdhike so'pyanaśyata
Kemudian, ketika Nandabhadra yang bijaksana terus hidup demikian, lahirlah seorang anak lelaki tunggal baginya; namun kerana malang, anak itu juga meninggal ketika masih kecil.
