Lomaharṣaṇa (Sūta) to the sages (deduced from Māheśvarakhaṇḍa context)
Scene: A wise teacher instructs a listener whose head is encircled by serpentine bands labeled rāga and moha; the listener turns away toward glittering objects, while behind him a wheel of saṃsāra churns.
Without mastery over rāga and moha, even good intellect and wise teaching do not yield realization, and saṃsāra-suffering continues.
No holy site is referenced; it is a general teaching on bondage.
None explicitly; the implied prescription is discipline that reduces rāga-moha and enables receptivity to wisdom.
