Transliteration

sarveṣāṃ vācakā mantrāḥ kathyaṃte'taḥ paraṃ kramāt

Translation

Kini, menurut tertib yang benar, akan dinyatakan mantra-mantra yang menyeru dan menandai segala-galanya (para dewa dan unsur-unsur upacara yang diperlukan).
