चतुर्थवक्त्रं च सदा प्रपद्ये सद्योभिजाताय नमोनमस्ते । भवेभवेनादिभवो भवस्व भवोद्भवो मां शिव तत्रतत्र
caturthavaktraṃ ca sadā prapadye sadyobhijātāya namonamaste | bhavebhavenādibhavo bhavasva bhavodbhavo māṃ śiva tatratatra
Aku sentiasa berlindung pada wajah keempat-Mu, Sadyojāta—salam sujud berulang-ulang. Dalam setiap kelahiran, jadilah Engkau asal mula yang pertama bagiku; wahai Śiva, yang lahir melampaui segala menjadi, lindungilah dan pimpinlah aku di sana sini, di mana pun aku berada.
